No food minimum on room-only bookings. Take just the space if that is all you need. If you do want feeding, the kitchen is on site — vegan and vegetarian, from ₹500 a head, quoted with your booking.
By the hour
The lightest way in. Two hours is the minimum booking; after that it is ₹1,000 for each extra hour, so a third hour brings it to ₹6,000.

Half day — four hours
A morning or an afternoon. At ₹8,000 it saves ₹2,000 against four hours booked hourly, and extra hours stay at ₹1,000 — four of them bring you exactly to the full-day price, never past it.

Full day — eight hours
The room from setup to clear-down. ₹12,000 against ₹20,000 booked hourly — the best rate on the card, and the one team offsites and all-day workshops take.

Food is quoted separately, from ₹500 a head — vegetarian and vegan only. Room-only bookings carry no food minimum. Taxes as applicable.
Good to know. Gather is an experiential zone with food & beverage combinations from our kitchen. External vegetarian refreshments can be arranged on a case-by-case basis; no non-vegetarian food is facilitated. Ask us about our food packages. Taxes as applicable.
