Is everything dairy-free and vegan?

Yes, completely. Every single thing we make is plant-based, with no dairy at all. Our milks, yogurts and most of our cheeses start from almonds; the mozzarella pearls, jalapeño cream cheese and pesto burrata use cashews. Each product lists its ingredients.

What do you sweeten your products with?

Mostly dates, and often nothing at all. Several products, including the natural almond milk , the natural feta and the plain nogurt, have no added sweetener. Each product page lists its sweetener, or says “none”.

How should I store it?

Keep everything refrigerated. Because there are no preservatives, our food is at its best fresh, so enjoy it soon after it arrives.
