- Each subscription runs from your first delivery to the end of that calendar month, and is prepaid. There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged again unless you start the next month.
- To carry on, start and pay for the next month, which runs from the 1st to the month end.
- Changes to products, quantities or days are made on WhatsApp.
- Subscriptions start at three a week, and subscribers never pay delivery. Almond milk earns a subscriber discount: 15 to 24 bottles in the month earns 5% off, 25 or more earns 8%.
- If you cancel partway through, the deliveries already made are charged at the full MRP, without the subscription discount, and everything else you paid is refunded. The discount applies to a completed month.
