I am vegan since about two years and had tried Break of Dawn cheese once earlier when my son ordered them. I absolutely loved them then too but post that somehow never landed up re ordering. I was unhappy with the quality, taste and smell of the mostly cashew based cheeses thst I did order though. The ones I ventured putting on my pizza just smelt horrible and tasted worse. So, found Break of Dawn again and ordered their cranberry pistachio feta cheese which reached me this morning. Superb, classy and understated packaging, on time delivery and they didn’t even ask for payment till I reminded them! I had a heavy dental appointment today and wasn’t keen to have anything very chewy, so I just had the cheese on some untoasted bhoosa bread. It was manna from heaven (specially post 90 minutes of the drill!) and I enjoyed the complexity as well as the simplicity so very much. Can’t wait to try the nogurt and splurge on more offerings from Break of (a Plant Based) Dawn! Kudos and All The best for Very Best!

Met Pardita here, she has this really amazing kitchen where she conjures up some out-of-the-world vegan delicacies, and absolutely fresh.
Almond milk, Feta Cheese, celery dip are few of my favourites. And love the festival specials too. It’s like she never runs out of ideas. Highly recommend! Whether you are a Vegan or not.
How could i forget to mention the cool packaging. Have gifted their hampers to many friends over the years.

Fantastic place for vegans as well as non vegans.
The Cheeses are outstanding and because these are non dairy, they are very light. My personal favourite is the Cranberry Feta.

Innovative. Deli-freakin-licious. What more could one ask for when it comes to food n beverages. And that’s what you get with home delivered products by break of dawn (all delivered fresh by dawn). N to top it off, it’s vegan with a punch of wow! The owner has nailed it with the taste and consistency. And the regular seasonal specials just hit it out of the park…. (Msg to owner - pls let Podi feta be a regular on the menu)

When will it arrive?

Order by 2pm for delivery at dawn the next day, Monday to Saturday, across Mumbai (not Navi Mumbai or Thane). Free from ₹470 · ₹100 below that · subscribers never pay delivery.

How long does it keep?

Fresh, not shelf-stable: it keeps 10–12 days refrigerated.

What if it arrives spoiled or damaged?

Tell us the same day on WhatsApp, with your order reference and a photo if you can. We replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and if it needs collecting, that is on us.

Is it dairy-free?

Yes, completely. Every single thing we make is plant-based, with no dairy at all. Our milks, yogurts and fetas start from almonds. The burratas, the jalapeño, thecha and truffle & chives cream cheeses and the mozzarella pearls are made from cashews, and the cottage cheese from watermelon seeds. Each product lists its ingredients.

Can I get it on repeat?

Yes. Set up a weekly plan with this already in it. It is prepaid month by month, to the end of the calendar month, with no automatic renewal, and subscribers never pay delivery.
